What is a VIP Day?

This is a fantastic way of hiring one of us for whole the day, and finally tackling that list of website changes or updates, which you’re SO ready to make!

The design day can look something like this:

  • A 1:1 meeting & a personalized list of to-dos, that helps us set the scope of work and plan your project day.

  • Fast access to us for the whole day. We will be available for 8 hours, or we can do 2 x 4 hour days.

  • An organized and collaborative workspace so that content submission is very easy.

  • A basic mood board & any edited image files.

  • A set price for the day – you’ll know exactly what you are being charged right from the outset.

  • One week of email support from us after the VIP day.

  • Payment plan options are available for bookings made 2+ weeks in advance.

The Investment

A VIP day is $1,100 (USD) & you can book your day with a 50% deposit

VIP Day details + FAQs

  • A full site design service (for up to 5 pages) will take 3 weeks. A VIP day is 1 day devoted to working through your priority &, personalised list.

  • We would ask you to choose a day in which you are readily available! But we can also split our VIP day into two half days.

  • As this is more fast-paced, we would request 50% payment to book your day, and then 50% is due the day before the VIP day.

  • We’ll do a quick walkthrough video of the edits/changes made. And you will have access to us by email for 1 week afterwards.

  • At the date of booking, we will give you some pre-project homework, so that we’re fully geared up for the day!

    Admin access to the backend of your site will be needed.
