Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to Original Box Co ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our branding and website design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services We provide branding, website design, and other related creative services. The specific services and deliverables will be detailed in a separate proposal or contract.

3. Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable payment of 50% is required before work commences.

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, prior to the final delivery of files or website launch.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide all necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.

  • Delays in providing content or feedback may result in timeline extensions or additional charges.

5. Revisions & Approval Process

  • The projects includes an unlimited round of revisions. However all revision requests must be delivered by a specific and agreed date. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

  • Once final approval is given, further changes will be billed separately.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Upon full payment, the client receives ownership rights to the final design.

  • We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All project payments are non-refundable.

  • If the client cancels before work begins, the deposit payment remains non-refundable.

  • If a project is canceled after work has commenced, payment will be required for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.

  • Original Box Co is not responsible for the performance or actions of third-party platforms (including, but not limited to, Google and other search engines), nor for any changes they may make to their algorithms or ranking systems.

8. Limitation of Liability We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

9. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.

11. Amendments We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
