Stina wanted a new website for her interior design studio, because she was ready to have her site do justice to her incredible work. In her words, “Our biggest issue is we are a “well kept secret”… it’s all about changing that!”
Stina was also struggling with having a portfolio which she could easily update herself.
We did quite a lot of research into what her chosen competitors were doing. Not just in terms of website design, but also how they were ranking well on search engines.
We presented some colour schemes on a mood board, based on her chosen aesthetics, and her work. But it’s always important that the colour scheme on a portfolio website helps highlight the client’s work, not overpower it.
It was important that the design of the website included a Portfolio which was easy for Stina and her team to update when necessary, without the need of hiring a web designer every time! Each project also includes a space for them to showcase their awards & recognitions, but without distracting the website visitors from admiring the portfolio.
Stina and her team easily update their portfolio whenever they have a new and completed project! (we’ve received 0 emails telling us that she is struggling in any way! 🤗)
They now share their website (loud and proud!) within the Hospitality industry, as they are regularly nominated for awards!
